We are now looking for a Team Leader / Service Technician at Agro Maskiner in Gringelstad!

About the position: As a leading service technician at Agro Maskiner, you will have a varied and responsible role where you combine technical work with leadership. You will work with troubleshooting, repairs, and service of agricultural and construction machinery, both in the workshop and in the field. In addition to the technical work, you will play a central role in leading and distributing work within the workshop and serve as a key person in customer contacts.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a technical education in vehicle technology or practical experience with heavy vehicles, agricultural machines, or construction machinery.
• Has knowledge of electrical systems and hydraulics as well as good technical skills.
• Holds a valid driver's license (B) as fieldwork is required.
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and has computer skills.
• Experience from similar operations is an advantage.
• Experience in a leadership position is a plus.
